Shiplog ("Shiplog," "we," "us," or "our") provides agentic customer intelligence software that helps businesses personalize onboarding, nurture, and expansion for their own customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us — your name, work email, company, role, and anything else you share with us directly, for example through our pilot signup, a demo request, or a support email.
• Information from connected systems — if you use Shiplog's product, we access customer data from the tools you explicitly connect (CRM, billing, product analytics, and similar systems), scoped to what's needed to build customer profiles and generate insights.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general device/browser information, collected automatically through analytics tools.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve Shiplog.
• To communicate with you — including pilot onboarding, scheduling, and product updates.
• To generate customer intelligence and recommendations inside your own workspace.
• To keep the product secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share information with

We don't sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us run Shiplog, under agreements that limit their use of it to providing services to us — for example, infrastructure hosting, database and authentication, product analytics, error monitoring, payments, and email delivery. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account or workspace is active, or as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in those emails.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
• If you're located somewhere with specific data-protection rights (for example the EU/EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights under applicable law — reach out and we'll help.
