Shiplog is the agentic go to market platform, starting with product marketing. Software now ships faster than it can be sold, and we are building the operating system that collapses time from build to revenue from months to days, the way HubSpot defined inbound marketing. We are two co-founders backed by Project Europe and are selected for F/AI W2026, one of the most selective AI programs in Europe, and building from Station F in Paris for the global market with a seven figure pipeline forming ahead of launch.

We are a startup with an intense work environment. We ship daily, co design with users constantly, and expect the same velocity from everyone who joins. The Role - Full time only, 3 months as a contractor - then if there's a fit on both sides, we can explore the opportunity to convert as a founding engineer.

You will partner with the CTO on architecture and production hardening across backend and frontend, turning a working prototype into a product companies trust and pay for. This is an architecture and build role, not a ticket taking role. You will define how things should work and ship it.

What You Will Work On

• Rebuild our agent into a true agentic loop with persistent context, tool use that drives the work, streaming, and reliability. Today it is a stateless chat interface

• Fix the data architecture by consolidating several parallel data models into one clean, multi tenant event spine

• Make the LLM pipeline production grade: streaming, retries and backoff, eval gates in CI, token budgets, and serious latency and cost work

• Scale the integration layer (Nango to normalized events), observability and alerting, and the first run experience covering onboarding, first launch, cold start, and visible agent progress

• Prepare security for the first enterprise sale: GDPR export and delete, row level security and tenant isolation, secrets hygiene

Must Haves

• Senior full stack experience: Next.js (App Router and Server Actions), Postgres or Supabase with an ORM (Drizzle a plus), background jobs (Inngest or similar)

• Real production AI experience: you have built and operated AI agents covering tool use, streaming, context and state, evals, cost, and latency, ideally with the Anthropic or Vercel AI SDK. This is the number one thing we screen for

• You make architecture decisions with the CTO and ship clean, scalable, multi tenant code

• You thrive in a high intensity early stage environment and move at startup speed

Nice to Have

Experience with integration platforms (Nango or Airbyte style), SEO and GEO content systems, or vertical SaaS data products.

Logistics

Remote. Full time. Contract to start, with room to grow into a founding role. Stack: TypeScript, Next.js (App Router), Supabase and Postgres with Drizzle, Inngest, Anthropic and Vercel AI SDK, Nango, Upstash, Vercel.
