We just raised to give every customer an account manager

Go-to-market has always been a people game. The best operators win the same way they always have, by knowing their customers deeply and acting on it faster than anyone else. Know what a customer needs before they say it. Show up at the exact moment it matters. That has never changed.

What has changed is that this kind of knowing can finally scale.

It never could before. A CSM tops out around 40 to 60 accounts. Past that, the hours run out, so every company made the same quiet trade. Deep, personal attention for the biggest customers. A welcome email and a newsletter for everyone else. The other 80 percent of the base, and all the upsells and expansions hiding inside it, got written off as the cost of doing business at scale.

We are done accepting that trade. AI can now know every single customer as well as your best rep knows your biggest one, and act on it to grow revenue. That is what we are building.

The bottleneck nobody names

Engineering has never been faster. AI killed the build time, so teams ship features, plans, and whole products in days that used to take quarters. But the company did not speed up with it, and the place it breaks first is communication.

Everything you ship is worth nothing until the right customer understands what it is, why it matters to them, and what to do next. That translation is the real bottleneck now. The old fix was more campaigns and more segments, but segmentation was always a compromise, a few broad buckets standing in for actually knowing someone. At today's speed it falls apart completely. You cannot ship on Monday and reach thousands of different customers, each in their own context, with one blast by Friday.

The message was never the hard part. Knowing each customer well enough to say the right thing, to the right account, at the right moment is the hard part. That is the core we built everything on.

An account manager for every customer

Shiplog gives every customer their own AI account manager. It reads how each account actually uses your product, turns scattered and anonymous signups into real accounts, learns intent from behavior instead of the onboarding forms people skip, and builds a picture of each customer that only gets sharper over time.

Then it does the part everyone else skips. It acts.

It gets a new signup to real value. It moves free to paid the moment the behavior shows they are ready. It surfaces the upsell and the cross-sell the second usage earns it, not months later when someone finally notices. It wakes an account going quiet before it churns. These are the moments where knowing your customer turns into revenue, and they are exactly what we built Shiplog to own.

You stay in control of the judgment. The machine handles the knowing and the doing at scale. You decide which signals to act on, and nothing reaches a customer without your approval. That is the right split. The system does the work no human could do at volume. You make the calls that need a human.

Why us

We are Khushi and Mehdi, and this problem sits right on the line between us.

Khushi is the go-to-market half. She has led product marketing and growth across B2B software, built her first company at 17, and studied AI at ESCP across London, Paris, and Berlin. She has lived this exact pain, watching great marketing fail to move the number because there was no way to truly know and reach every customer.

Mehdi is why we can build the answer. He is an engineer who has shipped AI in production across finance, healthcare, and commerce, founded NursyAI, an AI voice product for hospitals that got acquired, and trained at École des Mines de Saint-Étienne. He ships fast enough to stay ahead of the acceleration we are responding to.

Closing the gap between how fast software ships and how well it communicates is a marketing problem and an engineering problem at once. It only gets solved by someone who knows what growth teams actually need standing next to someone who can build and ship the AI to deliver it. That is us.

Built to be trusted with your customers

Handing an AI access to your customer base is not a small ask, and we treat it that way.

Shiplog starts with read only access and the smallest data footprint that works. Nothing customer facing goes out without your rules and your approval. You are in control at every step. We would rather earn a serious company's trust one careful decision at a time than move fast and put its brand at risk.

Who is backing us

We are backed by people who know what it takes to build something that lasts.

Kima Ventures, Xavier Niel's firm behind Wise, Algolia, Front, and GitHub. Project Europe, the fund from 20VC, Point Nine, and Adjacent that backs Europe's most ambitious young founders alongside the people who built Klarna, Synthesia, and ElevenLabs. Station F, the largest startup campus in the world. No Label Ventures, Purple, and 100IN, with a group of operators who have built and sold their own companies.

Build with us

We are early and we will not pretend otherwise. We are hand picking a small group of design partners, companies shipping faster than they can communicate, who can feel the revenue leaking out of that gap.

Go-to-market has always been about knowing your customers. We are finally making it possible to know all of them.

If that is the company you want to build, come build it with us.

Show us your customers, and we will show you what you are leaving on the table.
